All the materials and components of Maxima are manufactured in a zero-waste industrial process completely carried out in Italy, which also allows re-circulation of components after end-of-life.

Universal Accessory Compatibility
Rapida supports direct mounting of Profoto® accessories and compatibility with Bowens® and other popular light modifiers. Its 13-point cheese plate and integrated PivotMount 2.0 allow seamless rigging with boom arms, stands, mini-tripods, and various accessories.

Powering Rapida with a V-Mount Battery – What You Need to Know

To get the best performance out of your Maxima Rapida, it’s essential to choose the right V-Mount battery. For standard 14.8V batteries, make sure they can deliver at least 10 Amps of constant current (also called “continuous load”). If you’re using a 26V battery, it should provide at least 8 Amps. This constant current value—not just the peak or max load—is what ensures the lamp runs smoothly and safely, even as the battery discharges.

Using a battery that falls below these requirements may cause the light to malfunction or even damage the unit and the battery itself. You can usually find this information (constant current or continuous load) in your battery’s datasheet or user manual. If unsure, check our list of recommended batteries or contact Maxima support to verify compatibility.
