Q: Are US Tariffs included in the price? I am in the USA and would like to purchase a product.

A: We've got you covered! At checkout you'll see a "TARIFF DISCOUNT" applied automatically.  This discount reimburses U.S. customers for the 15% import tariff, so you don't pay extra because of it. 

 

Q: Is shipping included in the price?  

A: YES - shipping is completely FREE!  You'll see FREE shipping clearly indicated on the checkout page.  

 

Q: I am located in Canada how can I purchase a product?  

A: Please visit the Retailers page at the bottom of the website for Authorized Retailers in Canada page.   

 

Q: We are outside of North America and would like to purchase a product.

A: We ship products to USA / MEXICO & SOUTH AMERICA from our North American facility by DHL.  Please email us the products required with your location and phone number. We will provide transportation costs to your location.

 

Q: I received an item that is damaged or missing parts. What can I do?

A: We're sorry to hear that your item arrived broken or incomplete. Please contact us at (647) 879-7837 or email Customer Service (info@maximaledamerica.com) as soon as possible; we'll begin the claims process with the carrier on your behalf.

Q: I received a request from the courier to pay brokerage fee or tax. What should  I do?

Please be aware that the order is subject to import duties and sales taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the delivery address. The buyer is responsible for paying any such charges.  We have provided a separate discount at checkout that provides USA Tariff reimbursement.  The buyer is be responsible for any local sales taxes which varies by state.  

Please note:

* SMC has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
* SMC provides a Certificate of Origin, confirming the products are 100% manufactured in ITALY, along with the commercial invoice directly to the carrier for customs.
* Local or state sales taxes will vary by state.

Failure to pay these charges will result in the parcel being returned to us, at which point a 25% restocking fee (based on the original invoice value plus all transportation costs) will be applied to your order.
