It is your responsibility to protect yourself from injury, to read the Instruction Manual prior to set-up and to use the product as intended and to share this information to protect co-workers who may be receiving, assisting or operating the product. You and your co-workers agree to not hold STEPHANIE MCNEIL CORPORATION or its affiliates, liable for any injury or damages that that may result during receiving, lifting, un-boxing, set-up or use of the product.

INTENDED USE:
This product is intended for use by professionals in a studio or location environment. 

CAUTION: This product is not recommended for use by hobbyists or in a household environment with a low ceiling or carpeted floors. Carpeting or pitted surfaces are not recommended because of the increased rolling resistance which can cause the lighting stand to tip over.  If the surface is not ideal, the lighting stand must be moved with CAUTION, very slowly, using both hands one at the top and the other at the bottom to steady the lighting stand in order to prevent the lighting stand from tipping over. If the surface is not ideal, lower the light to waist level before moving the lighting stand. We also recommend the use of a sandbag or weight attached at the base when conditions are not ideal to prevent tipping over. Ultimately it’s the users responsibility to understand how the lighting stand operates and to use the lighting stand within its specification limits, as intended to insure their own safety, the safety of others and the safety of their equipment.  It is also recommended to use a short tether cable to secure the light to the lighting stand in the event that the light or mounting attachment comes loose or fails.  Please read all documentation prior to use.  Do not use expose the light to direct sunlight or water.
